Life Coaching and Life Planning is a series of sessions between the client and the life coach consultant. The central focus is the client's need for change and a better way of life.
We look at your life and your attitudes in order to discover what has or what has not worked for you in the past.
I help you identify what you really care about and want to do, and together we decide on some steps you can take.
This new proactive behavior creates different outcomes and new insights for you.
There is commitment required on both the part of the client and the coach.
As your coach I will:
help you move your life in the direction you want it to take;
bring all my expertise and training to each session;
work with you to make the most of your skills and competencies;
give you a chance to gain greater insight, awareness and confidence;
help you overcome the obstacles that are holding you back;
support and encourage you in achieving what you want from life;
treat confidentially the information you provide and not divulge it to other sources.
As the client you will:
identify an area in your life that could be managed better;
be willing to see things differently and to explore new ideas;
look at all the options;
do what has been agreed at the session.
